Mooncatcher Candles Company acknowledges your trust and is committed to protecting the information you provide us. Mooncatcher Candles Company will not sell, rent or trade e-mail addresses or disclose any personal information belonging to our valued customers, we respect your privacy and appreciate your business.

Merchandise is only eligible for return if defective. We do not refund monies or make exchanges if a fragrance is not to your liking. If you have a manufacturing issue, please contact us immediately at info@mooncatchercandles.com 

Due to our candles being hand poured in small batches the appearance of each candle could differ slightly!

Please be sure your order is complete and as you want it, we can not make changes or add to orders once they have been processed and finalized. There can be no exceptions to this rule, thank you for understanding!

 Shipping charges for USPS  are calculated per weight, 0-5 pounds $18 , 5-20 pounds $28, 20-40 pounds $38 , 40-70 pounds $50 ,    

All orders are shipped via USPS  Flat rate boxes  or UPS shipping
Alaska and Hawaii orders are also shipped USPS Priority Mail.

1.               Mooncatcher Candles company is not responsible for - incorrect e-mail or postal address.

2.               Mooncatcher Candles company is not responsible for - damaged or missing items due to delivery mishandling.

3.               Mooncatcher Candles company shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages or losses of any kind due to your use of any product purchased from Mooncatcher Candles company. In any case, our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the product.

4.               We reserve the right to modify, alter or discontinue any policies and terms included herein at any time without notice.
